CALL FOR PAPERS:
   Journal of Computing Science and Engineering

Journal of Computing Science and Engineering (JCSE), published by the Korean Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE), formerly known as the Korea Information Science Society (KISS), is a new journal in English devoted to the timely dissemination of novel results and discussions on all aspects of computing science and engineering, divided into Foundations, Software & Applications, and Systems & Architecture. Papers are solicited in all areas of computing science and engineering including, but not limited to:

	Foundations:
	algorithms and complexity computation models formal methods logics programming languages and semantics programming models
	Software & Applications:
	artificial intelligence bioinformatics compilers computer graphics computer vision and pattern recognition databases data mining decision sciences digital libraries human-computer interaction information retrieval and visualization natural language processing software engineering web-based technologies
	Systems & Architecture:
	computer architecture distributed systems embedded systems high-performance computing network and communications operating systems privacy and security real-time systems robotics ubiquitous computing

The journal will publish invited papers, selected best papers from reputable conferences and workshops, thematic issues that address hot research topics, and regularly submitted papers. Computing science and engineering researchers and scientists are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically, prepared in PDF files, through http://jcse.kiise.org/html/submission.html. The format of the submitted papers should follow the style guidelines at http://jcse.kiise.org/html/manuscript_format.html. In particular, the journal will publish regular research papers of up to 30 double-spaced pages, survey papers of up to 40 double-spaced pages, or short papers of up to 20 double-spaced pages, all in twelve point type.
