The length of a contribution (including all figures, tables, references etc.) should not exceed 30 double-spaced pages. A double-spaced page is defined as an A4 or 8.5"x11" page with 12-point type and 24-point vertical spacing, containing approximately 250 words. All submissions must include all of the following elements: cover letter, title page, abstract, keywords, and bibliography. Each contribution must specify in the title page 1) an appropriate division and 2) one or more research areas drawn from the items listed in the scope of JCSE. The manuscript should be submitted in PDF files.
Upon acceptance of an article, the author or authors are asked to submit the final manuscript. The final manuscript should be prepared using the following LaTeX template.

JCSE Editorial Office requires the LaTeX style only for the final manuscript, and not necessarily for the initial submission, which can use any word processor such as LaTeX or Microsoft Word. For the final manuscript, the author or authors should submit its LaTeX source files. If the author or authors have a problem in preparing a LaTeX manuscript, please contact JCSE Editorial Office.
