Process for Manuscript Submission

No published work (or work that is under consideration for publication) at other journals, whether domestic or international, may be submitted to this journal. For work that is already presented (or under consideration for presentation) at a conference, whether domestic or international, authors are required to explain why the extension is substantial by explicitly listing the differences, in a written letter to the editor. The submission also indicates that the work has been approved for open publication if performed under an official sponsorship requiring such an approval. The JCSE Editorial Office prefers to receive initial manuscript submissions electronically in PDF files.
